What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party vendor that processes data on lınq's behalf to deliver the service you signed up for — hosting, email, SMS, payments, error monitoring, and so on. We keep the list small, we vet every vendor for security and privacy posture, and we bind each one with a data processing agreement.
Current sub-processors
The following vendors may process customer data in the course of delivering lınq. Each is bound by a DPA and a confidentiality agreement.
| Vendor | Purpose | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Railway | Application hosting & managed Postgres | United States / Canada |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DDoS protection, image delivery (Cloudflare Images) | Global edge network |
| Stripe | Payment processing & subscription billing | United States |
| Twilio | SMS, voice calls, and CallRail-style call tracking | United States |
| SendGrid | Transactional email delivery | United States |
| Amazon Web Services (S3) | Encrypted backup storage & long-term archives | Canada (ca-central-1) |
| Sentry | Error monitoring & performance telemetry | United States |
| Google Workspace | Internal email, calendar, and document storage for the lınq team | United States / Canada |
Updates to this list
We update this page whenever we add or remove a sub-processor. Material changes — for example, a new vendor that processes operational data inside your workspace — are emailed to account owners at least 30 days before they take effect, so you have time to object or move.
