How giveaways work
We give away free tickets, table reservations and exclusive access to Therapy Sound nights in Vancouver — including spots at our weekly sessions and one-off shows around the city. Prizes change week to week, so what's listed above is whatever's currently live.
Most giveaways run on Instagram and are free to enter. No purchase necessary — winners are picked at random and contacted directly, then the prize is set aside at the door or as a confirmed reservation.
How to enter
- Follow @therapysound.ca on Instagram so you see every drop.
- Watch for the giveaway post and follow its steps — usually a like, tag a friend, and a comment.
- Keep your DMs open; we contact winners there before each session.
